It's about time we dig out our sweaters and ear muffs for crisp, cool autumn nights. Why not dig out some of your favorite Swiss cheeses - might I recommend the typical Swiss combo of Gruyere and Emmentaler with a bit of kirsch swirled in - and host a fondue party? Make all of your friends dress up in their cheesiest '70s ski resort gear and dunk hearty, chewy bread and veggies into your käse concoctions! Or get really wild and serve up an inspired chocolate fondue. I hear it's big with the ladies.
