Handmade Font

I was flipping through the latest issue of Food Network Magazine (which is, I must say, one of my favorite reads these days) and noticed a page dedicated to delicious looking food fonts from Handmadefont.com.  This Estonia-based team has managed to create some of the tastiest looking fonts I've seen in a while, and also manages to generate some intensely creative nature and graphic-based fonts as well.  Though their prices are currently out of my range, I do think they are a great place to be inspired by the everyday things in our life.  Who knew that peanut butter and jelly sandwich could spell out your true love's name?!  It reminds me of Saturday mornings when I was a kid and my mom would spell out my name in pancakes!

*I've found the best way to scroll through their site is to select one of the fonts offered on their "types" page and then use the arrow navigation to the right of the font's image to see what else they have to offer!

  1. Typography is one of my passions and these fonts are very nice and innovative. It opens my thinking. Thanks for sharing.
